Privacy Policy
Effective 2025-05-17 | Archived versions
This Privacy Policy applies to Calendar Insights and explains what personal data may be collected, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.
What is Personal Data?
"Personal Data" refers to information that directly identifies you (such as your name) or information that can reasonably be used to identify you (such as the titles of your calendar events).
What Personal Data Do I Collect?
Calendar Insights does not collect any Personal Data automatically. However, you may choose to provide Personal Data in the following situations:
- Feedback Form: If you submit feedback via the optional Google Form, you may provide your feedback text, your app version, and your email address. This information is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
- TestFlight Crash Reports: Crash logs and anonymized usage statistics (such as crash counts and session counts) are automatically shared with Apple and with me as the developer via TestFlight. This data is anonymous by default. However, if you choose to share your email address in TestFlight, crash reports may be associated with it. For more information, see Apple's TestFlight Terms of Service and Apple Privacy Policy.
How I Use Your Data
Any data you choose to provide is used solely to improve Calendar Insights or to respond to your feedback. I engage third-party service providers—such as Google Forms and Apple TestFlight—who may process or store any feedback or crash report data on my behalf in order to deliver these features. I do not sell or otherwise disclose your Personal Data to anyone else.
Data Retention and Deletion
I retain feedback submissions for as long as needed to improve the app. If you would like your feedback or contact information deleted, please email contact.seungwoochoe@gmail.com.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. I will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent.
